She married Harvey Hillman Ancel, son of Samuel Ancel and Rose (Quate) Ancel (both born in Lithuania), at Colorado Springs, Colo., Mar. 1, 1947. He was born in Chicago, Ill., Mar. 3, 1917. She is a registered nurse. She received her training and became a supervisor at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago. She was an Army nurse during World War II, and served in the Pacific in New Guinea, the Phillipines, and Korea, and achieved the rank of captain. In 1968 she was instructing nurses in the Presbyterian Hospital in Denver, Colo. He was Personnel Director at Fitzsimmons Hospital in Denver. They live at Littleton, Colo., and have two boys:

JOHN ERNEST DEMING 9.301b, son of Emma L. (Tryon) Deming 8.415c and John Ernest Deming, was born at Broken Bow, Nebr., Feb. 17, 1910. He married Berniece Alice McDermott, of Oconto, Nebr., at Little Rock, Ark., Feb. 22, 1941. She was born June 7, 1918. He graduated from the University of Nebraska with degrees of Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law. He is a member of the Nebraska and Inter-American Bar Association, and an Honorary member of the Canal Zone Bar, and past president of the Canal Zone Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. He was elected County Attorney of Custer County, Nebr., in 1946, and served as Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Nebraska from 1947 to 1954. Beginning in 1949 he had general supervisory responsibility of the entire Criminal Docket and in 1952 he was designated Chief Assistant or Deputy United States Attorney. He has served on the Nebraska Bar Association's Committee on Crime and Delinquency and is an honorary member of the Grand Jurors Association of Nebraska. He has served in the Army of the United States as an enlisted man and as an officer. During World War II, he participated in the Normandy, Northern France, Ardennes, and Rhineland campaigns. In addition to his principal duties, he served as Trial Judge Advocate, Defense Counsel, and Law Member of General Courts-Martial. He was transferred to the Retired Reserve as a Colonel in 1963. He is admitted to and has practiced extensively in the State and Federal Courts of Nebraska and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit headquartered in St. Louis, Mo. He is a past president of the Canal Zone Department of the Reserve Officers Association, of the Canal Zone. In 1971 she was living in a nursing home in Cleveland, Ohio. They had one son, but his name is not known. The son moved to California, and was killed on the highway.
CARRIE BRAINARD 9.324e, daughter of George Brainard 8.435b and Adelia (Thayer) Brainard, was born about 1889. She married Vern Hall about 1910. Three sons reported:

IRWIN IRA TRYON 9.357c, son of Ira D. Tryon 8.349h and Leona (Pugh) Tryon was born October 22, 1908 in Decker IN and died in Gainsville, FL on November 29, 1973. On Sep 18, 1935 he married Miram Alice Sackter, an executive secretary and airline travel agent (born Jun 17, 1910 in DuBois, PA and died April 29, 1999 in Portland OR.)
He lived in Pittsburgh, PA almost all of his life, graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and was an attorney in private practice. He was very active as an amateur radio operator and in the Masons.
