DEBORAH TRYON 4.41c, first daughter of Oliver Tryon 3.6d and Deborah (---) Tryon, was born June 19, 1749.

OLIVER TRYON 4.41d, third son of Oliver Tryon 3.6d and Deborah (--) Tryon, was born June 2, 1752.

ABIGAIL TRYON 4.41e, second daughter of Oliver Tryon 3.6d and Deborah (---) Tryon, was born June 1, 1754.

ZIBA TRYON 4.41f, fourth son of Oliver Tryon 3.6d and Deborah (---) Tryon, was born Mar. 31, 1756.

ELISHA LOVELAND 4.45a, first son of Hannah (Hills) Loveland 3.7c and Elisha Loveland, was born at Glastonbury, Conn., May 4, 1738. He married Lucy Sparks.

ELIJAH LOVELAND 4.45b, second son of Hannah (Hills) Loveland 3.7c and Elisha Loveland, was born at Glastonbury, Conn., Nov. 16, 1742. He married Sarah Smith.

HANNAH LOVELAND 4.45c, first daughter of Hannah (Hills) Loveland 3.7c and Elisha Loveland, was born at Glastonbury, Conn., Oct. 31, 1744, and died Dec. 4, 1769, just 25 years old.

PELETIAH LOVELAND 4.45d, third son of Hannah (Hills) Loveland 3.7c and Elisha Loveland, was born at Glastonbury, Conn., Jan. 13, 1748. He married Ruth Sparks.

LEVI LOVELAND 4.45e, fourth son of Hannah (Hills) Loveland 3.7c and Elisha Loveland, was born at Glastonbury, Conn., Nov. 19, 1749. He married Esther Hills, daughter of Ebenezer Hills and Hannah (Arnold) Hills, at Glastonbury, Apr. 20, 1775. She was christened Sept. 1, 1754, at Glastonbury. They had twelve children:

SUSSANAH HILLS 4.46a, first daughter of Joseph Hills 3.7d and Susannah (---) Hills, was born at Glastonbury, Conn., in 1745.

ELIZABETH HILLS 4.46b, second daughter of Joseph Hills 3.7d and Susannah (---) Hills, was born at Glastonbury, Conn., in 1748.

HEPZIBAH HILLS 4.48a, second daughter of Benjamin Hills 3.7f and Martha (Deming) Hills, was born at Glastonbury, Conn., Aug. 10, 1749. She married first John Hill, and second, Rowland Sears.

MARTHA HILLS 4.48b, second daughter of Benjamin Hills 3.7f and Martha (Deming) Hills, was born at Glastonbury, Conn., May 9, 1751.

BENJAMIN HILLS 4.48c, first son of Benjamin Hills 3.7f and Martha (Deming) Hills, was born at Glastonbury, Conn., Dec. 14, 1754. He was a soldier in the Revolutionary War, and was taken prisoner in the battle of Long Island in 1776. He died after a few months of imprisonment.

JOSIAH HILLS 4.48d, second son of Benjamin Hills 3.7f and Martha (Deming) Hills, was born at Glastonbury, Conn., in 1757. He married Lydia ---, date not known, and died at Fabius, N. Y. They had two children:

JOSEPH HILLS 4.48e, third son of Benjamin Hills 3.7f and Martha (Deming) Hills, was born at Glastonbury, Conn., about 1759, was a prisoner of war in the Revolution, and married, but wife's name is unknown. They had four children:

DANIEL HILLS 4.48f, fourth son of Benjamin Hills 3.7f and Martha (Deming) Hills, was born at Hartford, Conn., Dec. 14, 1761. He married Ruth Dickinson, and they had nine children:

EUNICE TRYON 4.52a, first daughter of Abijah Tryon 3.9c and Eunice (Francis) Tryon, was born at Wethersfield, Conn., Mar. 17, 1763. She married John Standish, at Wethersfield, May 21, 1786, by Rev. John Marsh. No date of his birth, but he died July 29, 1798. No date for her death. Six children are recorded:

JOSIAH TRYON 4.52b, first son of Abijah Tryon 3.9c and Eunice (Francis) Tryon, was born at Wethersfield, Conn., Feb. 20, 1765. He married Mary Ann Sage, of Saybrook, Conn., Sept. 5, 1790, by Rev. Richard Ely.

LYDIA TRYON 4.52c, second daughter of Abijah Tryon 3.9c and Eunice (Francis) Tryon, was born at Wethersfield, Conn., Dec. 16, 1768. She married Stephen Stillwell, of Ransonville, N. Y., Oct. 9, 1792.

HANNAH TRYON 4.52d, third daughter of Abijah Tryon 3.9c and Eunice (Francis) Tryon, was born at Wethersfield, Conn., Sept. 19, 1770. She married John Porter, Jr., son of John Porter and Jerusha (King) Porter, in 1788. He died at Hartford, Conn., in 1812. Two children are recorded:

FRANCIS TRYON 4.52e, second son of Abijah Tryon 3.9c and Eunice (Francis) Tryon, was born at Wethersfield, Conn., Sept. 11, 1774. He married Rhoda Deming, date not known. She was born at Wethersfield, Nov. 19, 1771, death date not known. Francis died Dec. 24, 1797, at the age of 23 years.

CHARLES TRYON 4.52f, third son of Abijah Tryon 3.9c and Eunice (Francis) Tryon, was born at Wethersfield, Conn., Nov. 20, 1774 (?). He married Martha Churchill 5.79a, daughter of Ruth (Tryon) Churchill 4.29e and William Churchill, on Mar. 14, 1791. She was born at Farmington, Conn., Oct. 25, 1769.

JAMES TRYON 4.52g, first son of Abijah Tryon 3.9c and Charity (Deming) Tryon, was born at Wethersfield, C,onn., in 1785, and died at Richmond, July 18, 1813.

JESSE TRYON 4.52h, second son of Abijah Tryon 3.9c and Charity (Deming) Tryon, was born at Wethersfield, C'onn., Apr. 7, 1786. He married Prudence Hurlbut on Aug. 28, 1804, by Rev. JohIl Marsh. No date for her birth or death. He died Dec. 28, 1847 and is buried in Bedford Cemetery in Bedford, Ohio. We find three children on the record:

JONATHAN GRlSWOLD A.53a, first sonl of Hannah (Tryon) Griswold 3.9d and Timothy Griswold, was born at Wethersfield, Conn., May 19, 1766, and was baptized May 25th. He married Huldah Francis, daughter of Charles Francis and Anne (---) Francis, Oct. 7, 1790. She was born in 1768, was baptized Nov. 6, 1774, and died in childbirth, Sept. 25, 1797, at the age of 29 years. Jonathan was a sea captain. Four children are found in the record:

Jonathan married second, Melicent (Francis) Davis, a widow, and sister of his first wife, Huldah, at Wethersfield, Mar. 31, 1799. She was born in 1773, was baptized Nov. 6, 1774, and died Mar. 20, 1816, at the age of 43 years. Seven children to this union:

HANNAH GRISWOLD 4.53b, first daughter of Hannah (Tryon) Griswold 3.9d and Timothy Griswold, was born June 21, 1768, was baptized June 26, 1768, and died Oct. 24, 1772, aged 4 years.

TIMOTHY GRISWOLD 4.53c, second son of Hannah (Tryon) Griswold 3.9d and Timothy Griswold, was born June 11, 1770, was baptized July 1, 1770, and died June 30, 1771, at the age of 1 year.

HANNAH GRISWOLD 4.53d, second daughter of Hannah (Tryon) Griswold 3.9d and Timothy Griswold, was born Oct. 24, 1772, and apparently died young, as another daughter was later named Hannah.

MOSES GRISWOLD 4.53e, third son of Hannah (Tryon) Griswold 3.9d and Timothy Griswold, was born at Wethersfield, Conn., Aug. 2, 1775, and was baptized Oct. 1, 1775. He married Martha Dix, daughter of Lieut. Charles Dix and Martha (Baxter) Dix, but no date is shown. He died about 1795 (?). Two children are recorded:

GEORGE GRISWOLD 4.53f, fourth son of Hannah (Tryon) Griswold 3.9d and Timothy Griswold, was born Apr. 12, 1777, and was baptized June 29th, 1777. He died Dec. 18, 1801, aged 25 years.

ABIGAIL GRISWOLD 4.53g, third daughter of Hannah (Tryon) Griswold 3.9d and Timothy Griswold, was born Jan. 24, 1779, was baptized June 27th, and died Nov. 2A, 1805, aged 27 years.

HANNAH GRISWOLD 4.53h, fourth daughter of I-Iannah (Tryon) Griswold 3.9d and Timothy Griswold, was born Nov. 24, 1782l and was baptized May 4, 1783. Date of death not known.

ELIZABETH OR BATSY TRYON A.57a, first daughter of Moses Tryon 3.9h and Mercy (Turner) Tryon, was born at Wethersfield, Conn., Mar. 12, 1778. She married Jonathan Walter Edwards, Esq., of Hartford, Conn., Nov. 29, 1797, when she was 17 years old and he was 22. He was born in New Haven, Conn., Jan. 5, 1772, and died at Hartford, Apr. 3, 1831. Betsy died on May 24, 1857, aged 79 vears. There were seven sons, but only one name found:

MOSES TRYON A.57b, first son of Moses Tryon 3.9h and Mercy (Turner) Tryon, was born at Wethersfield, Conn., Apr. 8, 1780. He married Emily ---. but the date is not in the record; neither are the dates of her birth or death. Vol. 1, page 589, of Stiles' Ancient Wethersfield states: "Mose Tryon, Jr., moved to Hartford, and was a part owner of the brig Connecticut in 1806, also of the schooner Archer, and in 1807 of the brig James. In 1815 he was part owner, with Thomas Tryon 4.57g and Joseph Harris, of the schooner Pearl and the sloop Hector." Thomas was his half-brother. Moses was a merchant of the firm Tryon & Harris, and died in Matanzus in 1831. One child is recorded for Moses and Emily:

GEORGE TRYON 4.57c, first son of Moses Tryon 3.9h and Eunice (Treat) Tryon, was born at Wethersfield, Conn., Apr. 6, 1873. He died in Martinique, West Indies, Sept. 20, 1802, at the age of 20 years.

JAMES TRYON 4.57d, second son of Moses Tryon 3.9h and Eunice (Treat) Tryon, was born at Wethersfield, Conn., Apr. 12, 1785.

WILLIAM TRYON 4.57e, third son of Moses Tryon 3.9h and Eunice (Treat) Tryon, was born at Wethersfield, Conn., Apr. 15, 1787.

NANCY TRYON 4.57f, first daughter of Moses Tryon 3.9h and Eunice (Treat) Tryon, was born at Wethersfield, Conn., Apr. 4, 1789, and died May 11, 1873, aged 84 years.

THOMAS TRYON 4.57g, fourth son of Moses Tryon 3.9h and Eunice (Treat) Tryon, was born at Wethersfield, Conn., Jan. 30, 1791. He married Emily Stillman Root, daughter of Jesse Root and Rebecca (Fish) Root, at Hartford, Conn., June 9, 1818, by Rev. Joel Hawes. She was born Dec. 10, 1791, at Hartford, a descendant of Judge Jesse Root. Thomas became a West Indian merchant, and died of yellow fever Aug. 11, 1829, while at sea, aged about 38 years. Six children are recorded:

CHIFFONETTE LE GRAS TRYON 4.57h, second daughter of Capt. Moses Tryon 3.9h and Eunice (Treat) Tryon, was born at Wethersfield, Conn., May 13, 1796. She married Dr. Henry Woodward, but no date is shown. Also no date for his birth or death. Chiffonette died at Wethersfield, Nov. 25, 1818, at the age of 22 years. No record of children. The inscription on her tomb in Wethersfield Cemetery reads:
''Sacred to the memory of Chiffonette Woodward
wife of Dr. Henry Woodward and daughter of late
Capt. Moses Tryon. She died Nov. 25, 1818, age 22.
'Dear Spirit-
'Tis not the sculptur's stone
Can speak thy worth."
